Note that CPU limits get reset each day, so if you run out of the allowed CPU capacity for that day, you will either have to wait to continue your analysis the following day or upgrade to a higher paid plan.

What are the benefits of a paid account?

Paid accounts provide additional CPU processing time and disk space. The benefit of having a paid account is that your data is secure and won't be deleted even if you don't use your account for more than 3 months as long as you are a paying customer. The basic account provides you sufficient CPU processing time and disk space but if you need more you can always order for a higher amount.

What are the duration of the license for paid accounts?

You can choose the duration of your paid account when you sign-up for an account. You can choose to pay for just 1 month or up to 1 year. However, do note that once your license term expires, you will need to renew your license prior to expiry if you want to keep your data and account active. If you let your license expire for more than 1 month, our bots may email you a backup copy of your account and delete the older files in your account and convert your license to a Free license.
